Turgut Özgüç Özgün graduated from Çankaya University Faculty of Law in 2006 after his education at Arı College and completed his master’s degree in European International Trade Law, Arbitration Law and Intellectual Property Law in London Brunel University, which he started in 2008. Turgut Özgüç Özgün, who has a mediation certificate, as a founding partner of the Özgün Law. The areas he has various experience are mainly Joint Stock Companies Law, Commercial Law, Obligations Law, Sports Law, Voluntary and Mandatory Mediation of Civil Disputes, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Banking Law, Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy Law, Public Procurement Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law. He has participated in seminars on issues such as mediation in legal disputes, European Union Arbitration Law, FIDIC, ICC, UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT Arbitration Rules. Currently, he continues his work within the Özgün law, providing consulting services to many leading companies in the industry, and provides legal services both English and Turkish languages.
